the medical lasts for a year, and they just ask u if anything has changed since we last spoke to check the info for the interview, if ur thinking of re admitting they will ask u why u did not join when u could have !
everything else is for life.

count mate,.... have a long think about it, but dont forget its just training, im sure as u get to the last couple of weeks of training they start to show u respect ,... dont forget u got to earn it. its not just given,

have a look for the martial art krav maga and look for i teacher near u, i been learning now for about a year its very practical and smooth.
also deals with disarms as well as takedowns. no katas or anything just turn up and learn.

well im 5'7'' and 10stone 5 but il carry the load till they tell me stop.!
