Thanks fella. Seeing the physio soon so can get advice from him as well. I'm trying to keep my head up, but it's hard when you can see your fitness going down and down and you can't do that much about it. Well I dont think I can, apart from upper body stuff.

Injured and gutted!

Hi all,
Well I just got back from training. I left on week 6 because of this but mainly because of family problems at home that brought me to this decision, although I'm gutted to be home.

Would have just went into Hunter if I had no problems at home. The doctor said it is my hip flexor muscles ...

I got a time of 9:55 which is only just a pass. Not great I know. But ive since got through the PRMC and start RT on 28th Jan. So wouldn't worry too much what the time is as long as its under 10 min.

That's cool. Can't start too early in my opinion. I started too late really but still got through. When are you thinking about signing up? When you are 16?

28th Jan Start RT

Hey all,
I'm starting RT on 28th Jan. Too long away still in my opinion. Is there anybody else out there that's got the same start date? Drop me a message if you have. It would be cool to hear from you.

Or if anyone has any questions on PRMC or whatever as I know there are loads of people on here ...

Yea bottom field is pretty hard like everyone says. Just do a lot of stamina training so your heart rate recovers quickly. That's what got me through. After they make you run around an obstacle and back your heart's pounding, but my heart rate recovered pretty quick while we were doing press ups and ...

The pain has kind of moved down into my arm for some reason. Woke up today feeling a little better just it's a bit stiff. If I keep stretching it and have plenty of rest I'm hoping to be ok soon.
