pulled muscle in shoulder.
I think best thing is to see the doc, rest is usually the answer, we can't really diagnose an injury over the tinter net.
Only advice is don't rush it and make things worse... setting you're PRMC back a month and resting the injury/bringing it back up to scratch is better than pushing on, going down to CTC and failing because of the injury.

Hey mate. I know all about shoulder injuries, dislocated mine 3 years ago REAL bad. It sits up higher now then my original shoulder by a few mm's, nothing major, but I notice it when doing pressups.
Anyway, I also injured it 3 weeks ago doing pullups. Strained the muscle, which it sounds like you did. Take 2 Ibuprofen a day, and also apply a heating pad to the area. Don't worry so much about a cold pack to reduce the swelling, the Ibuprofen will do that, the heating pad will rush the blood there to help repair. Within 6 - 7 days I was good, and doing pullups again. Try to avoid lifting exercises as well, running is fine.

All that is necessary for evil to succeed is that good men do nothing
