hey all, just thought id let you know how we got on.

Alltogether the event raised nearly £6000 for chairty. Good times!

13 lifts and a free 3 hr bus ride later we made it to newquay for a few days of fun!

Mate the only we to be sure for certain is to pop back into the AFCO and ask. I would think if you explained yourself and came across as commited then you could re apply. BUT only do this if you are certain this is what you want to do! There is no point messing anyone else about anymore

Im taking part in a sponsered hitch Hike (for charity) from Birmingham to Newquay on june 11th with a bunch of other people. So,

try strengthening your quads! i went to physin couple of weeks back with same symptoms and he said my quad muscles were pulling my knee cap to not track properly! gave me some squat exercises to do and slowly it is getting better! fingers crossed :-?
