I'm new to these boards, but I have been browsing on and off for the past few months. There is a wealth of information on these boards, from some very good people.
Anyways, basically, I have just finished my A-levels at college (I'm now 19). My fitness is very poor at the moment. I can do the 3-Miler in 25 mins and 1.5-Miler in 12 mins (not very good I know, but I have not trained for the past 2yrs).
I've always wanted to join the Marines, but I also wanted to do my A-levels first for something to fall back on. When I was 16, I could do the 3-Miler in under 20 mins and the 1.5-Miler in under 8:30 mins, 60 push ups and 80 sit ups in 2 mins. I was certainly fit enough to join the Marines back then.
All I really want to know is would the Potential Royal Marines Fitness Schedule be suitable for me, and your "opinions" on whether or not I could be ready for PRMC by March 2005 if I followed this schedule?
