I only had a walk on part in the "exibish",unlike some members of the troop!!.
I for one never thought that the donkey was all that good looking anyway.
And it wasn't me who head butted the big black kytie, that was certain person who went on to become a stripey HW.
So to cut a long story short,no I didn't get my equity card after all my hard work.
The other "fan dance" involved those big overhead electric fans and pissed up blokes trying to nut them.
Chuffing hell I'm rambling like a good un,(note to self cut down on the blue smarties).

My bruvver, (Pongo for the piss taking of) and I were in Diamond Lil's, his opening remark on espying said gorgeous virgin "Bloody hell, she's a cracker", set the tone for his downfall, denouement, and general fall from grace. He would not believe, hewasasheandnotahe etc. Muchos scepticism from my mates about my bruvs eyesight, gender, and brains.
His 365A should have read 'This man is guided by his genitals'.

Maybe of some use to anyone going into the hills,
a website called multimap.com.
You can check out a route to various scales,
1:25,1:50 and even overlay a map onto an
ariel phot exellent information.
I have even proved up to date maps wrong.
Tracks have slightly deviated (near Pen Y Fan)
and forestry blocks been cut down which I intended
using as a hand rail in the Bala lake area (N.Wales).
Apparently you can also get a good bite in Bala Loz.

Re: Loz
Totally agree with the sentiments about half the callsigns on this forum... pure Mitty's, own up to the fact you were in the RCT or ACC for three years and crack on... this when I was in the regiment arrse is bloody old hat any anyone can see thorugh it....crap_hat wrote:The British Army don't use that word...Tactical Advance with Bergen...TABbing. The RM use yomping.
oh and to be utterly annally retentive..... TAB stands for Tactical Advance to Battle, a Parachute Regiment phrase that has filtered to the far flung reaches of the Army.
Whythankyou...
