Hannibal, I'm a Linguist, it says so on my job description, so I have it in writing.
Reading your posts, I find it very hard to believe that English is your first language.
(The fact that you have started an argument on linguistics when you are unable to differentiate between you're (you are) and your (indicating the possessive) just makes you look like even more of an idiot. I usually let it slide when the person posting is 16 and fresh out of school, but to see it from someone who claims to have a degree is just laughable.)

You sir, do not have what a linguist would be expected to have - a knowledge of linguistics...
