Be carefull, theres alot of "fake trainers" going around on ebay! you get what you pay for. you would be better advised to go to a specialist running shop and purchase trainners that suit your style of running.

I used to get the soreness quite bad until I changed my warm down! I now do 20 mins relaxed swim and stretch out all major muscle groups in the water, ill then have 10 mins in the sauna to get the blood circulation to the muscles and surface. give it a go.

If you want to add some weight whilst running, have a look at the Reebok Iron man vests! Ive got one and its about 40lbs in weight but you can add to it to make it heavier. Fits like a stab vest so its quite comfy when running. They do cost a few quid though...

Heres some tips for ya matey!

Go to bed about 1am after coming home from work and unwinding, get yourself up at about 9am [8 hours kip is more than enough]. Have breakfast then wait 1.5 hours which will take you to about 10:30am, then get your self either at the gym or pounding the ground!

Gary most of the replies you are getting are a load of rubbish! you shouldnt feel any discomfort from only 10 mins of running if your reasonably fit! go to the doc's and find out from someone who is qualified to tell you to "run through it" it wont cost you a penny just 1/2 hour of your day! book an ...
