Hi mate I started basic training in november but the application process took about 6 months for me. Out of curiosity how long have you been in the process of joining up until now?

Hi cheers for the reply, I'm in phase 2 for INT CORPS but I'm not entirely sure it's the right career for me, Air despatcher was something that caught my eye but I'm not deciding anything until I give my phase 2 training a good crack :) And I know very little about the role except about chucking ...

Hi all, I'm in phase 2 training at the moment but I'm considering re-allocating and the air despatcher role is something that I would consider re-allocating to if I did go through with it. I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me about the role, apart from what the RLC/Army websites say, and what ...

Lol yeah the town doesn't have much in it at all but you won't get to see it until after your drill test on week 7. The ATR is much the same as any other ATR i imagine though it is a small base. I was in 3 Troop and the training team there are excellent, other than that I don't know what I can tell ...

I failed the medical because of a heart murmur but the next time I applied I passed the medical no problem. From what I was led to believe heart murmurs can be quite common and can sometimes simply be down to being nervous. Other than my own experience I know nothing about anything medical :D
