Can you do them say do 15, rest for a few seconds 15, rest for a few seconds, the 20?

And a pressup is it until your chest hits the ground to arms stretched out, or till your chest would hit someones fist if it was on the ground? (Just to make sure)

And yes I have thought about it and i don't see how mild eczema could present itself as a problem. I can see how if you're covered from head to toe in a rash and need to apply ointment daily or you scratch ...

I have a small patch behind my ear, say a CM square, its not widespread and hasn't caused me any problems, any idea about this? I am intending on asking the AFCO when i go of course, just wondering now though.

Oh I get you now, sorry I must of misread it.

Why not go for Officer? You have a degree, so you have the education side, if you're fit enough to join as a Soldier then you have the fitness side.

Charity isn't about letting other people know how much you donated.

Look here http://society.guardian.co.uk/voluntary/story/0%2C7890%2C1140132%2C00.html
before you start having digs at Bill Gates, He's a huge charity donor, possibly the biggest single donor in the world!

Just becouse he's not ...
