Hi Mate,

Well the first thing i'm going to say to you is that getting fit isnt easy, it does require a great deal of effort on your part. The more you put in, the more you will get out of training.

Hi,

From what i've read there has been some pretty sound advice coming from you guys. I currently work as a fitness/personal trainer and will be joining the Raf Regiment in july.
