i really want to get fit but i find it hard to do it my self and it really getting me down does anyone no anything that could help me get in to doing it :roll: :(

Hi Mate,

Well the first thing i'm going to say to you is that getting fit isnt easy, it does require a great deal of effort on your part. The more you put in, the more you will get out of training.

Some advice for you, firstly I would ask what you are training for and what you are looking to achieve? For example if you are looking at improving running then why not join a running club, or get a running partner, it helps you work harder and takes your mind off some of the pain! Another thing that I would recommend is to give yourself short term goals, maybe running for that minute longer by next week... something like that!

The main thing is that getting fit wont happen overnight you have to put the time in! Good luck though!

Get yourself out there and make a start.
"The longest journey starts with a single step," etc.

Get into a routine. If you do the right exercises results will come and that encourages you to continue.
