A couple questions for lads that are down there ...

I have just watched all 3 parts and would lie to say thank you. Its strange watching it as you obviously recognise the accomadation, gym, bottom field etc.

In my opinion, that PRMC looked harder than the one I participated in. The presenter had a very good attitude and was trying his heart out!

Some good replies here. I just want to emphasise you need to build up your workload. If you decide to run 5 days a week, dont start by running 6 miles each of those days.

I know it seems obvious but start with maybe 1.5miles and build up slowly so that your joints adapt. YOu dont want to pick up ...

Declare everything! If you dont they could discharge you plus its for your benefit.

I told them about my student loan. You will be earning under the threshold anyway so no repayments :D

Final week before PRMC

This is my last week before my PRMC. Pushups, situps, pullups are fine and I am hoping to get good scores there.

Went for a 3miler before breakfast this morning and got 21min 20secs. This was hard but I managed it.

Thing is I have a bit of pain in my knee so was going to leave all running until i ...

Just out of interest, how did the gum passout you watched look?

I beleive this is when recruits can invite their familys down to see them do some training but what do they actually watch?
