Kyle, i haven't been training for abit, just had a cold and a little niggle in my hip, so i'm going to have 4 weeks hardcore training starting x mas(my little sister got a bike for christmas, so do some of that up to my granny's), or maybe boxing day!

I've had my briefing over a week ago, going to sort all my kit out in a week or so, looking forward to going!

How's your training going?

All part of my planned training though...

Anyway, back out for pre-Christmas drinks!

:D Alright Jack. My training going great, feeling fitter every day.

I have been reassured by people on MFAT that i have not got to go down there fit like Rambo, and just maintain my PRMC passing level, although i am obviously increasing that by a land-slide. I can run 9miles pretty swift now, ran it yestaday on my day off as i was bored and timed it at 1:04:43. So my training is going smoothly, i just need get a better breast stroke technique, as mine is perfetic :(

You talking to any other guys from PRMC besides me?

Well done Glenn. Glad to see another MFAT member gain that pass we're all trying for. Good luck in RT.
