For the 21st its a mile and a half in 9 and a half minute, which seems simple enough but its in the form of the bleep test which is a good test of fitness, i advise ANYONE try that because its a good way to train the mind aswell.

Anyone here who is joining the 21st can you please tell me what kind of training your doing, my routine at the moment is:

Monday= Just under 4 mile jog
Tuesday= Swimming (bad at it)
Wednesday= Just under 4 mile run
Thursday= Every other do some CT
Friday= Just under 4 mile, and every other a 7 mile ...

Hi and welcome to the forums(only been here a day longer bet hey welcome), and yeah stinky if you can only run for about 18 mins that is definatly something you need to improve on, but good luck whether you decide to set back a couple of months or go asap.
