I figured I might as well just jump on the bandwagon rather than starting a whole new thread. I'm also starting RT tomorrow with Luke and Hankins, and just wanted to say a big thanks to all who have posted on here. Although I've not really posted much, I've been reading intently and it certainly ...

Alright lads. Since the topic of Parents Day has been touched upon, I'm looking for a wee bit of help. Can any of you who have just finished week 3 give me an idea of what time your parents need to be at CTC on Parents Day?

I'm sure this will be covered at the start of training, however, my ...

The troop that started today are the troop that are supposedly getting filmed from day 1 to passing out. There was a chance for some of the boys from my PRMC to start today and someone mentioned it to them in the galley. Not sure if this is 100% gen or not, it came throught the nodvine.

Alright folks, Here goes for the answers.

Brian: I think we had 37 starting the course, and 26 or 27 passed.

Steve6887: yeah, there were boys that did a lot worse, and there were boys that were better than me. As long as you passed every test, you passed the course. I'm not sure if this is the ...

Passed PRMC!

Well folks, Just got back home now and have got my new boots and wee certificate. PRMC was everything I expected, thanks mainly to this site, and in general most of us had a great time down there. I'll be happy to answer any questions though most of the stuff seems to have been already covered in ...

Not all that much practise actually, for some reason I've just alwasy been good at the pressups, situps are my weak point. I think that a lot of strength training when I was a bit younger has also helped. When you've done a ton of heavy bench pressing etc, it doesn't seem quite so bad pressing your ...

Yeah, they're marine pullups and they're done from a deadhang. I do a fair bit of indoor climbing and they've improved a lot since I started that. Cheers for all the good luck wished fellas, I'll keep you posted on how everything goes.

Cheers for all of the replies folks. I'm feeling fairly confident and the PMA is at an all time high. In terms of scores, my 3 miler is around 19:30 give or take 15 secs depending on how ruined I am from a day at work. Pressups: 75, situps: 85 and pullups: 17 (all maximums). Been working pretty hard ...

Cheers Rich,

Due to the lack of response, I'm guessing I'm the only MFAT bloke going down then. Not to worry, another weeks hard training and I reckon I'll be just about right for the holiday camp :o

PRMC 13th June

Hey all, I've been reading these forums for a few months now and have only now got round to posting. Tons of useful info and some great banter by the looks of things. Anyway, I've got my PRMC in 2 weeks time as the title suggests. Just wondering if there's anyone kicking about who's going to be ...
