Hi guys,

Does anyone else have this date?
I had my filter int on the 3rd Oct, that has come around really quickly!

I have had them on & off for the past year! I cant get rid of them! I have tried everything- I bought orthodics (expensive)!! :-? Had acupuncture, physio, ultra sound,healing & tried different exercises! NOTHING!! :cry: The pain only stops when I give running a break, not good!

Hiya Rogue,

I live on the south coast nr Chichester. A bit of a trek from where you are! It would be awesome to get a date sooner than 4 months! But at least it gives me time to totally prepare I guess. I saw that you are a fitness instructor, do you have any advice for shin splints?

Yep its really quite here!
I just got through my filter interview today, am now waiting to here from Cranwell apparently there is about a 4month wait till OASC though!! Is this right?
Looks like I'll be waiting till jan then!

Hello,

Could you please help as I am trying to learn the trainig course for WSOp but I am not sure I have the up to date info!

9wks at RAF Halton
10wks at RAF College Cranwell
24wks at 55 (R) Squadron Cranwell
after this do you get streamed? Crewman,EW, Acoustics & Linguist
then you do your ...

Hiya Hyperlithe,

You mentioned that the training at 55(R) was 24 weeks, I know that the IOT has gone up to 30wks and I was wondering if you knew if this has affected this course too? also the NCAITC is this the 9wks at halton?

Hi guys,

Im going for my filter interview at my AFCO on the 17th and i was wondering if anyone has any tips? obviously dress smart and things like that, but what exactly is discussed?

Family,Education,Hobbies, RAF, Chosen branches and y, does that about sum it up??

Hi guys,

I am going to the presentation next tues eve for the pres on wed, has anyone else done this? or is anyone else going up on this date?

Just wondering if anyone has any tips or suggestions on things to take? - other than an eger mind to mold lol!!

Ok cool cheers guys will try out the rowing, geuss ill have to put up with all the posers down the gym for a bit longer!!

I got my date for the NCA presentation at cranwell going on the 26th should be good! p.s i hate to sound like a thick girl but what is a rmp?? :-?

I have a Foot doctor appointment next week, so that should be interesting -£45 pounds later! ouch! thanks for your help! geuss i'll have to stop running and start somthing up like swimming! :cry:
