Filter Interview
Best thing to do is look back at some of the older postings for detail.
Briefly, know about you, your family, your chosen trades, the RAF and some current affairs. Make sure you know why you want to join, what's your hobbies and interests and what your family thinks about it all !.
Finally be aware of any changes going on that will affect the RAF.
Hope that helps.

Keep trying & don't fall at the first hurdle !

In-depth knowledge of OASC, IOT and your Branch Training. Some good knowledge of the RAF and military (i.e. Chief of the Air Staff? Overseas Bases? Current Operations? Aircraft? New/Future Procurements? etc)
Also, spend some time thinking about your hobbies and interests...use these to provide evidence WHY you are the sort of person who'd make a good RAF Officer.
Most importantly, dress very smartly, smile, stay cool and RELAX.
