OASC isn't my specialist subject, but if Cranwell themselves have told you that you will be doing the whole selection process I would believe them!

You are right, the upper age limit for direct entrants is 25. If you have 2 years left on your degree you presumably have plenty of time left until you get to that age. I can check on the exact standards required, but what you describe sounds sufficient as a basic standard for PROAC. Your level of fitness will be commented upon in your PROAC report, and so the fitter the better. You will be able to get advice on fitness on the PROAC itself.

All those starting JROC in 05 are almost certain to have been through the OASC system to the point of being given an IOT start date already. Those that apply now are effectively applying for a JROC sometime in 06.
