A DAY TRIP TO LONDON?

A DAY TRIP TO LONDON
"What a difference a few years makes?"

My wife and I set off for London at 6.50am last Wednesday for a rare journey by rail that would take us into the heartland of our capital city, LONDON.
Due to her concerns over her safety I had decided to go along to see how much had changed.
Leaving my local railway station I recalled my thoughts of a similar journey I had made almost 20 years ago as an ambitious Royal Marine recruit. On that occasion I was far more naïve and patriotic to the country I had grown up in.
Standing on the platform the commuters around me looked no different other than the fashions had changed. Nobody seemed happy and were all to busy contemplating, "THE JOURNEY" and getting a seat.
Climbing aboard the train (which was on time) and taking my seat I noticed the brightly-lit display outlining the stops we would be making on our journey into London. My wife looked at me and smiled for the last time that day.
Travelling passed each town, St Neots, Biggleswade, Hitchin etc etc I watched the changing scenery in the atmosphere of a Doctors surgery.
Houses, Industrial estates, rubbish, dumped and burnt out cars, rubbish, Derelict buildings, rubbish, Graffiti on every concrete structure and yet………………………………….. more rubbish.
Why? Because nobody cares or has any personal pride and somebody else will pick it up?
Arriving at Finsbury Park we quickly jumped onto the connecting tube train, which was packed to the limits.
I felt so different in these circumstances due to my PTSD and hyper awareness to those around me.
Quickly arriving at Highbury Islington the collars and suits of the city workers began to vanish, being replaced by less desirable characters in the way that they were dressed. Emaciated and scraggily dressed white men, black men with hoods up, hats on so that there true appearance was masked, Asians and eastern Europeans dressed in tatty jeans and scruffy black leather jackets.
The smile and comfort zone around my wife had vanished. I had lost mine years ago.
I subconsciously moved my phone and wallet to my front pocket and held my wife's hand so I had a grip on her bag.
Why? We all know because it’s the victims that suffer not the offenders in our crazy country.
We then took a train to Hackney central. Nobody spoke on the journey but everyone seemed to be sizing each other up. I felt like I was waiting for somebody to act or commit the next crime on the next carefully selected target. We were potentially one of those targets as we went about our daily business.
On our arrival at Hackney we walked through the litter strewn streets just before the main rush hour had begun.
The studio apartment we were meeting at was a little oasis, behind a steal gate, two intercom systems and two heavily locked doors. I already had my ideas on what the area was like?
Why? Crime doesn't pay?
Leaving my wife in her meeting I made my way over to Liverpool Street Station to meet a lawyer friend whom had helped me with my book.
Waiting at the Station outside a McDonalds I noticed a scruffy beggar with a stereotypical dog with him. As I sat and watched he approached everyone wearing a suit and appeared to ask for money for a cup of tea. The majority of people handed him some change in the hope he would disappear due to his intimidating appearance.
He never came over to me?
Why? Drugs, Homelessness, no self esteem, unemployment or a society that couldn’t give a damn.
After meeting up with my ex Marine/Lawyer friend and having put the worlds to right I made my way back to Hackney where my wife was waiting for our return leg home.
The streets of London were now a flush with people and when we reached Hackney central I felt like a foreigner. It was the same feelings I had experienced as a young Marine in the African port of Djibouti. Black men stood around us in the small station foyer. As I quickly asked the ticket officer where to go I noticed a stunned silence in the air. The hairs on the back of my neck stood up. I was hyper vigilant and ready to act?
The ticket officer said, "two".
I understood this to mean platform two.
We walked over the footbridge where I became aware of three men following us. I immediately stopped and turned to look at them and let them walk pass and get in front of me. As they passed I noticed a stale smell and that they didn't speak English.
I really did feel like a foreigner.
Why? Because we have no border controls and a welfare system that encourages people to come here and sponge! Terrorists can have a field day? Human rights? Whose human rights? Not victims of Crime that is for sure!
The platform was covered in people who quite obviously had no work in them what so ever.
As for a ticket? Don’t be silly?
It was at this point my wife turned to me and said, "God lets get home because I don’t feel Safe".
I hadn't felt safe all morning?
Why? Only Politicians can answer that because it hasn’t happened over night?
By now everyone seemed to be staring at us, looking us up and down.
What have you got? What are you wearing? What are you carrying?
We lived on a knife edge all the back way to Finsbury Park subconsciously waiting to be another crime statistic.
Fortunately because of our awareness and my street experience we made it to our last train.
Sitting in our seat I thought, "London".
Posh cars, over paid stars, houses and apartments, 3rd world conditions.
No thankyou
Perhaps I will go and live in France?
Why? Not enough tough decisions!

A graphic description of the way I feel in any city. France has the same probs in its cities, I don't know the answer, but better security would be a starter.
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.

Maybe the answer would be five years of military rule - providing of course that we could always get back to democracy if we wanted to! A military rule that would weed out all this f%*king riff-raff. Have you seen the latest in the papers today? We are giving asylum to homosexuals. For God's sake where is it going to end. Even now there are places in the UK where we are in the minority. Where is it going to end???????????????

There you go again Wullie, you are testing my loyalty to the limit. Surely those of the effemenite persuasion deserve a safe haven. Prison would be a heaven to them.

Aye - Andy. :drinking:

My lads have forbidden me to go into Birmingham city centre after 4pm,
they reckon it's no place for a man of 72 summers to be.It's like down-
town Delhi.
The cults that run this country reckon we have about 3 million so called
Commonwealth immigrants.Bullshit, any man who travels up and down
country can see the effects of uncontrolled immigration, the figure is more
like 7 million, and growing by the day.
We need a Statesman who is willing to put the indigenous people first, and
repeal all the laws that make racists out of people whose only crime is
to want their country back, just like the people of India,Pakistan,Africa
Et al.
Maybe in the final analysis,we too, will have to stand up again and fight
for our rights.

The answer would be the abolition of the Government Car Service for Ministers & a reduction (based on amount of work actually achieved) in MP's wages, thus forcing them to join us "Plebs" on the streets & on public transport ... you'd soon see a change then,by Christ ! :fist:

Day Trip to London

Post by Bob Bell »

I have a friend living in Brighouse near Leeds, he comes to the US on business and tells me stories of why I dont want to live in the UK any more.
One of his daughters owned a BMW convertable, when she got a new job in Bradford she was advised to change it for a hard top. What a way to live. Here in the US I have a concealed weapons permit and carry a weapon all the time. Sounds like the same should be allowed to happen in the UK. (I know it will never happen).
A very sad state of afairs, not like when I was a kid growing up in Lewisham SE London, we had our ups and downs but not like the shit I have read.

Simon, that`s a fairly typical day in the Metropollis. Prior to this job, which I`ve had for two years, I worked in London for the previous ten( That London, as we Scousers call it) Some times travelling in on the train, sometimes by car. After a while, you become immune. You develope a culture of self preservation. You tell the beggars to piss off, you say to the muggers "Who are you looking at" they leave you alone and look for easier meat. London underground has purges when it can and clears the bastards out, for a while. Now the beggars(all of them proffesionals) ride the trains. They stand in front of you with the cup and say, pathetically, "please". One did it to me once, but soon wished he hadn`t. "Thanks, mate" says I, cleared my throat and gobbed in the cup!
Loads of Albanian gypsies work the traffic lights, selling roses, washing windscreens or women begging with babes in arms. They are a f*&ing nuisance. Travelling out of Marylebone on the A40 used to be a popular pastime for me, might take one hour, might take three to get to Hanger lane. After a while you start to recognise the members of these gangs. I noticed one bitch was pinching her child to make him cry and as the traffic crept slowly forward I waited till she started on me. At the time, I had a VW Passat, and the screen washers were an offensive weapon, shifting gallons of high pressure water with each burst. As she started making the "hungry need food" gesture, I flicked the wipers on full and gave the bitch some. The guy in the car behind me was wetting himself, as she approached him he did the same. So it went on for at least six cars , till the lights changed. Next night, same routine. Third night, no more beggars. Since those years spent in that human zoo, I do not believe anything the govt tells me about illegals.
I live as far out of London as you do and coming home to a guiet Cotswold town made it all seem so surreal. My daughter lives in Ealing and is very savvy. How she puts up with it, I shall never understand.

Phew, that was a big`un

Aye Harry

Hackedoff asks how do people put up with it. I wonder why they put up with it. Far be it from me to agree with a scouser but, like Hackedoff, i am off back to the land of 80 million sheep in a few days and with a bit of luck and a good pair of wellys i'll be emigrating in winter 2003. Britain was a wonderful country, but is being ruined by overcrowding, taxation, nanny state governance, and piss awful weather.

Christmas day is a barbie on the beach in future, no wuckin furries.

Archie/ Harry you guys wont be the last to do it, the decent/ indigenous people of our once great country will all end up leaving due to the reasons you outline. And we'll turn into a muslim/hindu/whatever country. I wonder how long it is until the PM is an immigrant..
Land of Hope and Glory indeed.....if your of the right type..

Is there a 'real' solution to this problem. I know Blunkett growls some stuff and is then forced to back down a couple of days later cos some activist gets all 'active'.
There are so many people in this country who back these people that any sort of law governing entry to this country is branded racist and a breach of peoples human rights.
What about 'our' human rights??? Is it not Simons' wifes human rights to walk the streets of the Capital and not feel afraid.
Is it not the right of people in this country to get jobs in preference of an imigrant.
Jeesus the whole thing makes me mad

A DAY TRIP TO LONDON

Post by THE HAPPY WANDERER »

Halifax,Sept 11th 2002,muslims/asians dancing and singing in the street.
Gibbet street, the center of the asian community, had a skill center building,
i say had because it was burnt down that night.(When asked why,we were told that
as it had been built by the white man it was tainted!!!!!!!!!!)
This building had stood there for nearly 200yrs and was a shining example
of design and build capabilities of that time.
It has since been rebuilt,at no cost to the asian people,by the white man.
Following on from that, groups of asian youths cruised the surrounding areas in cars looking for,and sometimes finding, lone white people, male or female,to beat the crap
out of.One young girl who uses the same gym as myself was glassed so badly she had to have her nose sewn back on,she isnt so pretty any more.
Like all who have answered A DAY TRIP TO LONDON i am at a loss to understand what has happened to our once Great country, and i do not know where to look for the answer.
Of one thing i am sure,i will be 55yrs of age in 7yrs time and intend to retire!!!
However, not in the country of my birth.I no longer feel safe or even welcome here.
Right at this moment i feel so sad and angry that it has all gone so wrong and i am powerless to do anything about it
(Owdon, you once wrote that capitals are only used to express a point.)

WILL THE LAST TRUE BRIT TO LEAVE UK PLEASE TURN OUT THE LIGHTS????

Such attacks on whites by asians go almost unreported. The other way around and it is a 'racially motivated attack".
Do you think such behaviour would be allowed in 'their' country? NO.....They would take you and shoot you for attacking one of their own or at least chop a limb off...
We give them better homes and opportunities than most people native of this country have. and they throw it back in our faces by burning down buildings and attacking people. Our governments way of stopping this? "Tell people to be friends and play nicely, integrate and socialise" They dont want to socialise. When I was at University they kept to their own little groups and would not integrate. The ones that did were outcast by the others. Ive got so much to say on this topic cos it pains me to see what is happening...and the sad thing is I dont feel there is any way or reversing the problem or even sorting it out.
