I was on holiday in Westport with my family a couple of years back and the IDF had some soldiers on a local playing field doing a bit of recruiting work they had an armoured car and a jeep with them, they were nice lads and let my little boy sit in the armoured car and try on a helmet etc. They were looking forward to some hill running the next day, should have sent the wee fella come to think of it.

Do the IDF have a special forces unit?
