PGAC Assault Course

My question is, do you get a practice run on it? Or is it just jump straight in and run it? I have no experience on assault courses really and cant think of a way to prepare for it.

In other situations, such as PRMC assault course, you get some training on how to do obstacles before you are thrown at them. I'd be really suprised if you turned up for this and didn't get the same!
