I have my sift interview for the royal marine officers selection process on 5th August. Was just wondering about the types of questions I should be expecting. I understand there will be questions about leadership, past life experiences and education/work.
Think my main reason for the post is tyring to gain an insight into the level of current affairs knowledge I am likely to need and also the sort of service specific questions to expect.

Sift Interview!
Re: Sift Interview!
Start by reading all the Broadsheets on a daily basis, get a good insight into World current affairs and various topical subjects. Iran, N Korea, and World politics would be worth a good study.
Look into the Roles of the Royal Marines and the Royal Navy, their manning levels and Equipment.
Look at what the training will entail and what you will have to achieve to qualify as a Royal Marine Officer. (Also what sort of specialisation you would like to enter after training).
