hi all im new to military forums,and i've just got one question about joining which i posted elsewhere already but feel this forum might be more appropriate,basically im having trouble finding out any info about my vaccination record which i need to enter into my army health questionnaire,as I was born in the netherlands and left there when i was 7 I got most of my vaccinations over there,I was onto my old doctor in the netherlands who directed me to get in touch with the dutch national health service who dont seem to have me on file anymore,im wondering if it would be possible to continue with my application without the vaccination record or does it have to be included

Medical issues are a touchy subject, hard to find the right answer, it might be best to ring them and they'll more than likely give you the number for a army medical person.
