Pretty much sums it up for me.

This post isn’t even worth getting wound up over it’s so ridiculous, for example even IF any of what that “Pino” guy is saying is actually true I don’t see any reason for him expressing his RM experience in such a derogatory and bitter manner.
In my experience, the Ross Training forums have some great fitness articles but they also contain a high amount of total crap. I only need to refer the below thread to further support my point…

If he found it easy (which I doubt) then good for him... perhaps he should go and fight the Taliban in Iraq all on his own, after all he is just that great!

Exactly, I was going to become the first 16 year old, too win the all the Olympic gold medals at (100M, 200M, 800M 1500M and the marathon)... but I decided against it as that would be far too easyJust wondering if someone though PRMC or RM/RT was easy he would complete it would'nt he? comming out with all that bull about he dropped out as it was to easy. Makes me what to meet him and smack him up a bit but I'm not going to stoop to his level.
