Yes - You will get issued Blues shortly after passing out ( Some units may issue them to nods ? ). RMR don't have the same pass out as regs.

it depends on the unit. most of the time the Troop themselves decide on what kind of 'do' they want. ranging from an informal famlies day with a slideshow and a buffet, a piss up with the boys, or a full on blues parade.

If it were me, I think full blues parade, followed by piss up and buffet is a good way to go!
