Hello mate! Me too!
I'm pretty sure it's ok but as with all your personal kit it's only ok if you use it where you're supposed to ie foundation block and during certain times.
I know that's the case with mobile phone's and Ipod's etc so I'm assuming it's the same!
Cya tomorrow!

The question is not stupid. To be honest you will find very little opportunity to have the time to take happy snappies whilst in Recruit Training.marcus2007 wrote:can you at any point record the training?
i mean can you record say, somebody shooting on the live firing range?
sorry if it is a stupid question or anything
Mainly because your going to be either knackered and in your pit zonked out or cleaning and ironing your kit for the next day around about 0300hrs in the morning.
But take heart! Once you have got your act together ref your personnal admin the thought of lugging a camera around so you can take pics will be right at the bottom of your "Things I need to do" list.

Whilst partaking of Cdo training 30 odd years ago only one person per section was allowed to wear a watch. I dare say it's changed these days but con't shell out a ruck of dosh on a quality watch.darrenelliott849 wrote:Watches are essential a good g shock should do the trick
laptops, i'd say post foundation
Nine times out of ten it will get broke/waterlogged/ or even knicked! Just get a cheap un that does things like tell the right time 24/7.

When I was down there it was painful to not wear a watch at all times in the field, especially in phase 2
Carting a grandfather clock must have been painful in your days eh Artist?
Just kidding mate, I would advise if your gonna get a cheap watch might aswell get a spare to keep in bergan. Velcro straps are a massive no-no also!
