From This
If anyone can help me, i'm from canada and im going to be doing my PRMC on June 30, 2006, not really knowing to expect, ive stumbled onto this site. So my first question is..

1. Are the RM picky about the way you do your push ups? Ie. arms in tight or out and apart.

2. The Beep test or V02... i hear everyone saying that in the test they are getting 11.4 except in canada the levels only go up by .5? (any help would be appreciated)

3. British Lingo, since im canadian i have no clue what some of these terms you are using so if there are any obvious ones then if you could inform me about them?

4. Any tips in general?

With such little time left before i go, i feel i am ready but i need your help with these questions, so if anyone out there knows the answer give me a shout.

Thanks,

Hankins

Well done on passing your commando tests. Now you will become part of the troop you've looked up to during your long and arduous training.

The Kings Squad.

All the very best of luck for your passing out parade and the start of a great career.

Cheers

Thanks guys, the hardest if anything was the 30 miler because it was so long, but in general you're built to a point where you aren't worried about the tests because you know in general that you are fit enough to achieve it.
