This is true I was on the same PRMC as Pvt Doughnut, (I was Orange 2) however I believe that was the last lot of PRMDC'ers.Pvt Doughnut wrote:There were some lads on it when I was down on PRMC...they were staying in the same corridoor as the PRMC group do but we werent allowed to talk to them. I heard this was due to the fact that when they actually start RT from PRMDC they have already had 3 weeks of Ironing/Husbandry and stuff like that and other recruits thought this was unfair ???
But to be fair you shouldn't even be worrying about this just train as hard as you can, prepare right and let the rest take care of itself.
You can do it, just remember its mind over matter. (Especially on bottom field
Rescruit Training - 5th March

Its sort of disappointing that they stopped it, because if people are just boarderline fail but only needed 2-3 weeks to be able to pass. Even if they can iron better lol.
Before you insult someone, first walk a mile in their shoes, that way when you insult them, you are a mile away and you have their shoes.

Was using the search button to answer a question but the last post is over 3 years old so checking to see if anything has changed regarding this course? It is still quoted on the official RM recruiting pages so curious to find out if it still exists?
P.S
I appreciate that you should always aim to get through properly first time, but I personally think that it would be a good course for some people (but perhaps not for others)
EDIT: I was sure it said Feb 2004 when I posted this, my mistake! its only a couple of months old!
