Hi, it depends on what your job choice is. The Scottish infantry are taking people all the time, and i think most infantry units are the same, not to sure really. I had to wait until september (approx 5 months) to go to lichfield for my basic. Your best speaking to the Careers advisor, and theyll put you in as quick as possible. It all depends on which job. Sorry this isnt very detailed, the best i know, but hope it helps.
