HI there guys,
I have my RSC date set for the 16th of Jan (I am going for the Grenadier Guards). The thing is I recently hurt my neck and haven't been able to train for 2 weeks, and it looks like I won't be able to (at least very intensely) train hard for another week still.
Basically I need some advice on whether to tell my recruiter and ask to have it postponed, or just to go for it??????????
It has been a huge mission getting this date, getting into the country (from SA) etc etc. I am worried that if I say anything I will have to have another intense medical and then a letter passing me as fit which could take ages.
What would happen if I failed RSC?? Is there a very long wait until I could go on another, do you think it would be better to postpone????
I would really like to get into training asap because it is a mission finding stable accommodation and work (I have been moving around like crazy), which is what I need to be able to focus on fitness (my fitness has actually decreased since I have got to the UK).
Any help and advice would be much appreciated.
Cheers
