PGAC TAB

Post by PaulSyorks »

Allright. Just a quick question really. I have my pgac on Tuesday as mentioned in previous post and was just wondering what the weight you carry is on the TAB. I've been running with about 25kg at the moment. Thanks alot.

paul mate, i wouldnt be running around with 25kg on my back for very long

at pgac from what I've read the weight on the tab wont be that great, managable for a fit/strong lad

they build up load carrying in basic training, you'll do serious damage to your back if you run with 25kg of weight without building up sufficiently first

just keep a good cardio fitness level without weight and you'll be fine I am sure
