Having taken a while to get myself to the point of going to RSC something has began to cause me a problem.
For the past 6 months or so i've had soreness in my right heel/achillies tendon now i haven't seen a doctor about it as it wasn't hampering me just a bit uncomfortable especially after sitting for a while, however in the past month or so it has gradually worsened and it looks like achillies tendinitis.
My question is will they pick this up at RSC (i'm going to get medical advice before i go RSC) and should i just work through it and not mention it as i'll be getting treatment elsewhere.
the tendinitis doesnt affect my training as such it can just get very sore at times.

this might be too late to be any help, but I had that problem when I was younger...It's just down to over doing it on the running! Best thing to do is rest for up to 4 weeks, or when ever the pain 'Completely' go's and apply pain killing creams or gels, like the deep heat gel!
I'm having problems with shin splints at the minute and that's not helping my training programme at all! But it's just down to your body not getting the rest that it needs to build itself up when you next come to batter it!
But let me know if you passed the medical or not due to this problem, I'm coming up to my medical in a few weeks! And I need to know if it's going to knock me back at all! cheers
