Am going to buy a pair of Sorbothane insoles for basic which starts soon but I'm not sure whether to get the 'double strike' or 'full strike' versions.

I've read all the posts on the subject and a couple of people have said that while the double strike offers more support it takes up too much room in the boot compared to the thinner full strike.

It does state that the DS is a replacement insole as opposed to the FS which is an additional one and I wondered if they had failed to remove the original before fitting the DS which I guess would be a problem.

Any help would be appreciated.
