Weyhey !!! No more pushup form posts

Post by Mr Mojo Risin »

:D

Just found this - the correct form with moving examples for the correct way of doing prmc standard pushups.

http://www.netfit.co.uk/netfit.htm

You will need to click on the bloke on the left, and scroll down to pushup workouts... its in there somewhere, wont give a corerct link for some reason.

Yeah but when ya do 400 a day they do thend to get a bit easier, I thought pressups where goin to be by weak point and I was talking to an ex para and he said identify your weakness's and work on them until they're your strengths so that's what i've done, and even though you're right by no ones standards are they easy they are impossible by any means.

OMG they're both wrong I say!! :D He is looking at the ground, I don't know how many times a PTI shouted at me "HEAD UP- LOOK FORWARD" to me during training.

Elbows In! Head up and looking forward!!

By golly, smoke me a kipper i'll be there for tea!

Seriously though, close armed pushups are hard as hell at first, but with alot of practice they become easier than wide armed pushups, alot easier. The only way you're going to get low enough to the ground is to use that kind of pushup, and you're required to go to a fists distance off the ground at PRMC and throughout training.
