just a quick question who uses Incline Pull Ups as a part of there training if yes what do they help you with. Do these improve normal pull up strenght

Fevernova, can you not ease up on the questions a little bit - try to contain yourself or something.

I know everyone says use the search button but you REALLY would benefit from it.

Youve asked more questions in the space of 24hrs than i have in nearly a year!

lol i was thinking the same. i just found this site. and all these people with prmc experence its great i will lay off till i pass some more tests

ps sorry just been waiting so long to get started and now it is i am having a bad patch

am going to change my nick in a few month cos i made bad first impressions :P

There's no need to stop asking questions if you need to, if it hasn't been asked and isn't completely stupid it's perfectly valid. But most questions about the PRMC covering just about everything other than what material to have your underwear manufactured from has been covered, and occasionally covered half a dozen more times on top :).

Increase back,bicep muscles which help for 'normal' pull ups.

Hey, voodoo. What kind of underwear is best for the PRMC? I like silk leopard skin print personally, but I wonder if that would start to chafe with all the running? I'm thinking about investing in some thermal pants with water tubes and everything... what do you reckon?

I'm not sure myself, I usually just see what's on sale at Dorothy Perkins :flirt:.
