How long would you say it would take for someone who could say do 20 press ups, 2 pull ups and 30 sit ups to get up to PRMC standards?

Thats GOOD Davo and you seem to have progressed really quickly. As for your question Aldo, I suppose it all depends on how hard you work and if you stick with your program or not. In the past I have said "I'm going to do x number of pressups every night" but never really stuck to it. Now that I intend to join the RM, I have something to work towards and something to motivate me, and at the end of the day motivation is very important.
you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength, and just pull that shit out of you, and get that motivation to not give up, and not be a quitter no matter how bad you wanna fall flat on your face
