Yeah, my brother gave me a forces fitness training book, I'm been using it for about 2 wweks now, its good.

Hey Stig I trust that you doing the excirses and not just reading the book.
What you need to do is start running till you can do ten miles with comfort
then start doing it with a rucksack on your back gradually building up the weight you can carry. Don't forget the push ups and the pull ups should be able to build it up to 50 a time.

Stig,Get an education first my son,forget the Paras, get into the Engineers or Signals get a trade, not much use for Paras in civvy street.
