Chris, have you ever thought about doing them lying on your back? You may reach 15 or 16 that way round. Give it a go. I've just read yor other thread about running, and then lying in the road for 20 mins, is it very quiet where you live, surely someone must have a car? 8) It might put you and us out of our misery.

Beasta, despite my 50 years, 200 ab crunches, 60 press ups and lots of other things, I'm still working at getting the pull-ups sorted as the metal in my back hates being suspended from the bar, only two so far. so come on out and play all you wannabe's. 8)

3x60 to precise.
And im no God. :)
Anyone can do it if they put there mind to it and train hard.

I do not attempt to go over 60 no more, there's no reason for me to do so.

The day I hit 3x60 Jay I will throw a party. I cant even hit 35 after a good warm up...If I can keep it at 3 x 30 till my shoulders are fixed then I'll step it up a level, I should be okay.

Hey Chris, you gotta improve on your push ups, do sets of 20 (if you can) everyday, anytime, and make the reps more and more as you progress. Even Tony the pebble-chimp can probably push out 20!

Only because he is jealous and wants my big blue girls blowse.
Have told him many of times its too big for him, but he will not listen.
He only wants it for his gynecologist functions to look good.
