Career advice required

Post by davidBarker »

I am considering applying to join the Royal Military Police. However while at university I got into financial trouble which now thankfully has all been recently settled. Will this affect my application and do they do a credit/financial check on you when you apply?

Thanks In advance

David....... dont worry about your financial position.
The first thing you must do is to have a Full Frontal Labotomy and have it done privately and not on the NHS. What ever you do have it after you join the Royal Military Police, (their name not ours).

Think before you leap... If you want to be a policeman join the proper bunch, some of them still have a brain.( Their pay is far better too)
I am afraid that the Red Caps are perhaps the most disliked bunch of *"*^* in the british army
Good Luck

When I signed up a few months ago I was only asked if I HAVE any current financial problems, as long as they are sorted when you join you should be ok, contact a recruiter.

Don't do it!!

Join the Royal Marines. Then become a Royal Marine Policeman.

Better still join the Marines and be a real soldier. And work for the stripes on your arm. (RMP's Get a stripe to be Ar**holes to Pongos)

The thought of a Red Cap brings thoughts of Tamzin Outhwaite in uniform to mind.

Popular song, down here, called" I wanna do it with Madonna" has the line"I wonder if I could get Kylie to do it with Madonna"
I`m sure we all share those sentiments 8)
