Specialisations If sucessfull

Post by Adam Downie »

Hello everyone.

Just wondering what specialisations you are all thinking of doing if you get in if any? I was thinking of doing sniper. Is there a recon??? or somethin along the same lines.

To be honest i havn't really thought about that properly yet, i'm focused on getting through training first.
Yea recce-troop sounds like my cup of tea, i'm always sneeking up on people! but i'd rather get some experience as a General Duties Marine to start with. I got a feeling that you need experience for recce troop anyway.
You gotta be carfullfull when you say you wanna be a sniper, people tend to think that you've seen to many movies, but it looks like a good job, and you get sniper trained during training for recce troop but you gotta be a special kind of person to be a good sniper, its not all about being a crack shoot.

What i do no is that the first thing i wanna do is get me some parachute wings once i'm in. Does anyone no if you need any experience as a basic marine to be eligable for parachute training?

Coxswain. Getting paid to play in raiders and not having to carry bergan are too much to resist! :D

Fancy medic assistants course as well.

Recon not Brigade Patrol Troop?
