Medical Advice on Arthritis

Post by longview13082 »

I have read loads of stuff saying chronic conditions such as Rheumatoid arthritis forbid you from entering as either an officer or soldier.

When I was nine i was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis in my right knee and had recurring visits to hospital until around 10-11 years old. Can any of you guys clear this up for me, what do the army think of arthritis? Do they just not like Rheumatoid arthritis?

Should I bother going for my AOSB briefing interview?

cheers
