Shout

Post by Mike »

Jay.... It would appear that I have a problem in logging on/in to shout, I get all the postings (chat) but not the bit at the bottom that is used to communicate with.
At first this option was available and I was able to participat, but not now. I thought at first it was a problem with my own computer, however I am now at work and the same has happened (was working, but not now)... any ideas?
Hope the hydrolic oil problem was sorted!

Hi Mike,

When you click on the shout link, the shoutbox pops up?
And there is no message area to type?

Still looking into it, but i expect it's something going on client browser side.
Have you tried deleting all temporary internet files?
On the menu in your browser, Tools > Internet Options.

Jay, when I place the cursor on the shout symbol, the following comes up on thebottom of the screen:-Javascript:void(o) Could this have any bearing on the problem.

Ensure Javascript is enabled in your internet settings under advanced tab on Internet properties, found in the control panel.
You should talk to somebody who gives a f**k.
