Welcome aboard Dave and good luck on your PRMC

You may want to repeat your post over on MF&T forums (link at top of page) as most of the lads going to PRMC post over there about training etc. Theres also loads of posts on PRMC under the RM section. Watch out for the knobs though and stick to the Stickies under the RM section for the best tips.

Good luck again and tell us how you got on.

Do yourself a favour and leave the phys alone, you've already got a niggle, train hard on it and you may aggravate it. In any case, how much fitter will you become in an extra 3 or 4 days, dont get there with an injury, you will get all the phys you can handle and a shed load more.

Heyup Dave,
top tip, stop training and simply rest.

Don`t panic, they can`t make you pregnant.
Come back here on the 8th and give us the good news. 8)

Daveboots....Don't worry about a thing Oppo... The first thing you will be taught will be how to shit.....Its is then and only then...when you go to the bog you will realise that it's the only place where you know exactly what your doing!!

Daveboot.
Do'nt be worrying too much about your fitness, you will
have all the facilities you require, and be taught the correct
way to get fit, doing it in your own style may only cause
you unnessesary injuries, as long as you are reasonably fit
your instructors will do the rest, just listen carefully as to what
you are told and do it with 100% effort and you will not go
wrong, if it does not work the first time dont worry, just enjoy
the moment, think of what you are going to achieve and most
of all !" GOOD LUCK"

Aye
