Rope climbing was my main strength in training

You'll only climb with full it from around week 20 onwards building up to BPT passout in week 22

It's definintely all in the legs but you're aught the technique in the gym, then the weight and rifle gets added down the bottom field

Least of your worries really aslong as you perform the technique as shown
