We all have a time to shine, bandying words is one thing - but actions are another.. I have faith that Stinky will put his all in, when tough times arrise.

The same goes for all of us, you can only judge a man when you step in his shoes.

Having a sense of humour is all part of being a Royal Marine, or so they say. You have to be able to take ridicule without it getting your back up. It seems that some people have got their backs up already and are trying to protect Stinky because he is only 17. I am sure Stinky can give as good as he gets, age does not come into it.

When I was 17 I was living on my own in a shared house with 3 strangers whilst studying at college, Stinky is old enough to look after himself. During my 7th November PRMC there was a guy who was only 16. He was alright and we had a bit of a crack, he was medically withdrawn but just because he was young did not mean we treated him any different.

There is no need to play Stinky's mummy. When he passes his PRMC (+ PJFT?) and stops asking if he can have a dog on a fitness forum then he will be taken seriously, you have to earn your wings on this site to be taken seriously fellas! (excuse the para reference).

P.S Personal attacks are a bit much, a little ribbing is okay but not direct personal insults aimed to upset. I agree with a few on here. Lets all take the P nicely please!

Doesn't he get tired of the abuse? Maybe he enjoys it!

If you pass your PRMC or even your PJFT I don't think you will be popular in the Marines as everyone would be getting constant beastings because of your pea sized brain!

If I see one mor eof his dumb ass posts i'm leaving this forum. :x
And just maybe the Marines will get the lad in shape and he'll go on into a fruitful worthy career.

If you feel that strongly about him maybe its best you do leave this forum and take this with you: This is Great Britain, we call it an 'arse' not a beast of burden.

GENERALLY: Its getting a bit much. By all means pick apart what he says but the open attacks are now somewhat out of order. How about giving the guy direction, and not just knocking him down all the time.

To be honest i agree with both "The Wedge" and "Digitalfreefall", although Stinky does talk crap most of the time, Stinky for some strange reason always seems to put a smirk on my face.

If i was in RT depressed and being the lowest i could be, I think the shock for some young lad to come up to me and ask or say half the things STINKY has said in the past, or anyone in that matter would cheer me up something rotton!.

Over the last year i have been a member on here, I have talked crap (and you can read my posts if you want), I went through a stage of complaining about certain threads CERTAIN RIDICULAS THREADS IN THAT MATTER!, saying things like http://www.mfat.co.uk/forums/viewtopic. ... ht=#176154, for no reason! just because i was down, depressed with an injury and couldn't be arsed with anything!! (yet i always seemed to resort to moaning on here)(sorry John)

Maybes i should have kept my mouth shut (and i'm sure there are plenty of other occasions i should of!!) (but we live and learn) and looking back everything we say is all harmless CHAT!!, and is only words that shouldn't really affect us should it??, as no doubt were gonna hear a lot more crazy crap in RT??.

Lads STINKY does talk rubbish but you must admit he does put a smirk on your face when you read his posts!! (He must  ), no matter how daft or ridiculas they are!!.
Thats the type of chat i'm sure i'll need in RT to get me through the rough times!.

Maybe i'm wrong but i aint got nothing against him, anymore.

Stinky, just spoke to the ledge that is chuck and he asked me to pass this on

Good point but Stinky has yet to get to RT, let alone pass a PRMC first!

I can tell you he is not a popular guy with the mods and has been warned more than once not to post comments about dogs, or anything else on the silly side, and to think before he posts. We also feel there is an element of attention seeking at times, something we don't much care for

Start to come out with these silly questions on RT (if he gets there) and like another poster said the training team might laugh once, but after that he's likely to be beasted or end up in jankers.

He may have a weird sense of humour, but let him concentrate on the job in hand, not with distracting posts like this one.
