How slow are the pull ups carried out, also does everyone go round the assault course together.

I`m not sure if there's a hint of sarcasm or irony in your post mate, but far be it for me to answer on behalf of Lew, but I would have assumed for him to have passed the PRMC from what I hear - he would have displayed reams of determination AND self motivation, maybe more so that the average bear if you label his scores bad. Which shows he got through on pure guts....anyone can be trained to be as athletic as a member of the SAS but not everyone is born with guts and determination..

But please, dismiss this, if you were being funny..which I believe you were from the 'weasel' comment. :)

Hey there toffee, firstly yea, I know two pull ups is shit hence the bits in brackets by it

Secondly my scores were above the average for that prmc (other than the pull ups) the fact that I was at the front in bottom field 9 times out of 10 and won pretty much all the sprints we had in gym test two obviously doesn’t count for diddle squat!!!, I apologise if I’m not the Greek god you so obviously are, but oh well all in time aye.

Thirdly, the PRMC staff seemed to think I have what it takes to start training, so your opinion means jack shit to me.

Dalo mate, for the pull-ups you do them in 3 and you have to stay up till the last man gets up. As for the assault course yes you go round together.

Lew mate, who cares what scores you got you passed and that is the main thing. However toffee has got a point. You will need to get some phys in mate self motivation and determination will only get you so far.

Well done lew.

You should be flogged senseless with a knotted rope for two pull ups though  Still, I'm glad that it's still not a box-ticking exercise and they can spot a good'un even though he is strong in heart but weak in arm

Enjoy your time there mate, you have such a lot to look forward to apart from the obvious 32 weeks of sheer misery

Yes the view is superb, the Exe Estuary is like a Turner painting at dawn and dusk and the views are great from the grots.

Feck me, I'm bored correcting this...

Cheers mate.

I dislocated it at the beginning of December, took about 5 months to sort out properly, i finished having physio on it at the end of April. Then had to be careful with what I did with it for a few weeks after.

Hope you get better in time for yours mate.

Good luck.
