After what happened last weekend I was hoping for a response and am pleased to see most posters pulling together.

Silly/needless comments about other people, where will they lead to? That's right, down a dead end road for this site.

I am expecting ALL posters, to look out for each other, remember that is the MFAT ethos....why we started, and why we exist now.

As another, purely random suggestion, seeing as everyone here seems to be involved in some sort of training, why not put a team in for some random event (that 'toughguy' challenge that got posted here a while back?)? Even just as a means of getting everyone together, maybe to get to know everyone a bit better and build some sort of team spirit?

Or have I just been listening to too many management lectures?
