Yeah i have stopped now until i go and see a specialist which should be soon. Its not so much that i get pains in my knees anymore its just that it still crunches when i bend my knees. Anyway i have been taking these capsules what are soppose to grease the knees up. I cant say they have been working so far but its still early days.
