Ok as you’re new to the forum Ill explain the history of press ups for you, civilian style press-ups are done with the arms out, you are then using more than just your triceps...

Marine style press-ups are done with the arms tucked right into the sides and hand directly under the shoulders, making your triceps do 90% of the work...

There have been billions of threads on press-ups, there’s even one with an animated man doing them.

Now PLEASE no more press-up questions, because there have been more than enough answers to cover anything you would possibly need to know...

Im still clean I don;t own a computer, my brother accidentally killed his bunny, I'm pretty sure I have needed to update my car insurance for the last year and a half! however.... should I suddenly become pregnant I will feel the cold cold fear as I wonder were the bloke is planning on hopping out from? Did you pull one of those on my about 4 months back as my young wife (to be) made me pass out with some news a couple of months ago with some news.
